Dry and unmanageable hair
Dry and unmanageable hair is for example caused by:

• a result of rigorous and repeated brushing
• blow drying too much
• inexpertly applied perming and bleaching
• wind, water, light or air pollution

The scale layer of your hair is open and this results in hair that is rough and difficult to disentangle. This type of hair is often lifeless and feels brittle.

Hair scales that are open and roughened lose a lot of keratin, due to the reasons described above. Keratin is a material in your hair, which is indispensable for healthy and beautiful hair.
